2013 Registration Forms

2013 Snake River Swimming Club Registration Form   - $100, if postmarked before 12/1/2012; postmarked on or after 12/1/2012, the club registration fee is $120. (Seasonal Club fee is $45)

2013 Athlete Registration Form – $56.00 - new registrations require a copy of the athlete’s birth certificate.

2013 Non-Athlete Registration Form

2012 Season 2 Athlete Registration Form $35.00 (valid 8/15/12 – 12/31/12)

2013 Seasonal Athlete Registration Form $36.00 (Season 1, 4/15/13 – 8/31/13; Season 2, 8/15/13 – 12/31/13)

Foreign athletes:   Notification of Membership

Unattached athletes should download the Athlete Registration Form (above) and register directly with the Snake River Registration Chairman.

2013 Non-Athlete Registration Form  $54, individual; $102.50, family (two non-athletes from the same family; not valid for athlete registrations).  

TWO registration forms must be submitted for a 2013 Family Non-Athlete membership – one for each member.

Expiring Background Checks

Starting in January, the first Acxiom (now AISS) background checks will begin to expire and will need to be renewed for another two years. Coaches and officials who paid $39 for their first Level II BGC two years ago will pay only $19 for a renewal.

Click on this link to initiate a background check.  If you have never initiated a USA Swimming Background Check, use Option 1 and follow the correct link.  If you are renewing a background check, use Option 2.  No refund is available if you pick the wrong option.
