Snake River Swimming Registration Summary 2011
 
Discard old forms!
2010 forms will be returned without being processed.
2010 Season 1 Athlete Registrations EXPIRE 8/31/10; these athletes MUST register for 2011 before resuming swimming in September, 2010.
Registration fees have increased: Athlete membership dues are $54.00!
 
Team Checks ONLY! All club athletes should register through their club, NOT directly to the Snake River Registration Chairman. 
 
ALL checks must be made out toSnake River Swimming.

Outreach Athlete fee is $7.00, with proper documentation at registration.
 
Only New athletes (or returning swimmers previous to 2010) must complete a 2011 registration form, and must also include a copy of their birth certificate with the registration form & fees. 
 
All membership application forms must be signed by the applicant, parent, or guardian.    Birth certificates are required for NEW athletes.
 
Continuing athletes must register through their Club. 
 
Unattached athletes should download the Athlete Registration Form (below) and register directly with the Snake River Registration Chairman.
2011 Non-Athlete Registration Form $52, individual; $97.50, family* *               (two non-athletes from the same family; not valid for athlete registrations)

2010 Season 2 Athlete Registration Form $33.00  (valid 8/15/10 – 12/31/10)
2011 Seasonal Athlete Registration Form $34.00 (Season 1, 4/15/11 – 8/31/11; Season 2, 8/15/11 – 12/31/11)
2011 Snake River Swimming Team Registration Form  Fee: $100, if completed before 12/1/2010; otherwise, the fee is $120. The Seasonal Club fee is $45.
